We cannot refund or exchange orders in transit. Order has to be "Delivered" by carrier in order to initiate a return.

Refunds are only applicable if requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Merchandise has to be returned to us within 10 days of receiving return instructions in order for us to issue a refund.

All refunds will be processed via store credit. We do not offer a "Money Back Guarantee" or any monetary refunds.

Our Terms and Conditions supersedes any conflicting term as it applies to this policy.
